Refund policy
All payments, deposits, fees, and orders placed with Hellbender Vinyl are final and non-refundable unless otherwise approved in writing by Hellbender Vinyl. This policy applies regardless of a project’s production status, stage of completion, customer cancellation, delay, or failure to provide required assets, approvals, or information.
Any exception to this policy shall be granted solely at the discretion of Hellbender Vinyl and only under extraordinary circumstances, as determined by Hellbender Vinyl on a case by case basis. If an exception is granted, Hellbender Vinyl may elect to issue a full or partial refund, provide store credit, or apply funds previously paid toward a future project.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We have a 30-day exchange policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request an exchange if your records were damaged or not quite what you had in mind.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

Refunds
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 30 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
